How does milestone escrow protect my money?

Your capital stays yours and moves only against an approved milestone. We verify the work or goods first, share the receipt within 24 hours, then release payment. No disbursement happens without your approval and our independent verification.

Can a foreigner own a company in Nigeria?

Yes. Nigeria permits 100 percent foreign ownership in most sectors. A non citizen company needs a minimum issued share capital of 100 million naira, at least 2 directors, a verifiable physical address, NIPC registration and a Business Permit from the Ministry of Interior.

What is an NRBVN and do I need one?

The Non Resident Bank Verification Number lets Nigerians abroad get a BVN remotely, without flying home. It launched in May 2025 and takes about 72 hours. You need it to open and operate Nigerian bank accounts from overseas.
