Counseal packages run from $750 for a feasibility assessment to $5,500 for full market entry. The Build package is $2,500. Ongoing oversight starts at $500 a month. Government and vendor costs are separate, client owned, and disbursed against milestones.

What if something goes wrong on the ground while I am abroad?

Your retainer includes same day escalation and resolution on the ground within 24 to 48 hours. A named coordinator owns the issue, and what happened appears in your monthly report with supporting documents.

Can I see exactly what I am paying for?

Yes. Every month you receive a P&L, cash position, outstanding payables in USD and NGN, photo and video documentation of the business, and a milestone disbursement log showing what was requested, verified and paid.

How long does it take before the business is operating?

The Discovery assessment takes 2 weeks. The Build package takes 8 to 10 weeks from start to an operating business. Build + Launch Premium takes 12 to 16 weeks because it includes hiring, licensing and first customer acquisition.
