ABOUT COUNSEAL

Built by people who've done this from both sides.

Counseal started with a hard lesson. Founder Dele Omotosho tried to build a business in Nigeria without the right structure. Wrong setup, bad vendors, no go-to-market plan. It cost real money and time that never came back.

Later, he did it right. Building a company in Boston through to exit, and learning what actually works on both sides of the Atlantic.

Today Counseal is a team on both sides of the Atlantic. We serve diaspora communities in Boston, Houston, Maryland and DC, Atlanta, New York and Greater Toronto, and we operate on the ground in Lagos, Ibadan, Port Harcourt, Uyo, Calabar and Abuja. Legal, operations, and community roles built around one job: giving diaspora Nigerians the person on the ground they can actually trust.

What we believe

The trust gap is real and fixable with the right professional structure.

Diaspora capital should build businesses, not fund someone else's lifestyle.

Monthly reporting with photos and financials is not a luxury. It is the product.

You can own a business in Nigeria from Houston. We'll prove it.
